If there is water accumulation at the bottom of the sterilizer
After the sterilization cycle is completed, if there is water accumulation at the bottom of the sterilizer, how does OSR deal with it?
OSR has made three process improvements to address the possibility of water accumulation:
- The bottom of the OSR sterilizer is designed to be grooved, which is more conducive to the concentration and discharge of water.
- The discharge port of the OSR sterilizer is a sunken type, quick-open installation, easy to clean, and no dead angle; before, it was a mesh cover type, fixed with screws, with a large cleaning dead angle, which was easy to accumulate water and clothing fibers. After the improvement, the previous problems were completely avoided.
- When installing the pipes of the OSR sterilizer, there should be an inclination of not less than 5°to prevent water accumulation.
