Does the OSR leak detection sterilizer have a drying function?
OSR’s leak detection sterilizer has a drying function. After sterilization and cleaning, the medicine can generally be cooled to about 60°C, which can dry the water remaining on the bottle wall. At the same time, compressed air is added to increase air convection on the bottle surface. The combination of these two methods can achieve rapid drying.
In addition, in order to prevent water accumulation, OSR has also made two innovations in hardware:
- The stainless steel tray is perforated at the bend, leaving no dead corners. Since water has tension when passing through the round hole, the hole is opened into a dumbbell shape to prevent the formation of water tension in the hole and prevent water accumulation.
- The bottom of the entire OSR cabinet is tilted at a certain angle toward the discharge port, and the surface treatment is flat, without any bumps caused by welding, which is more conducive to water discharge. (The way to speed up water evaporation is to increase the liquid temperature and increase surface air convection.)
