How to prevent backflow of pulsation vacuum sterilizer:

  1. A check valve is installed at the end of the discharge pipeline of the pulsating vacuum sterilizer.
  2. A pneumatic angle seat valve is installed on the drain pipeline of the inner chamber.
  3. A pressure sensor is installed at the end of the discharge pipeline. When the temperature is increased, sterilized, and steam is exhausted, the drain valve and steam exhaust valve can only be opened when the pressure in the inner chamber is greater than the pressure at the discharge port.
  4. The discharge pipeline of the sterilizer should be set separately and not shared with other pipelines to prevent other equipment from discharging under pressure and causing excessive pressure in the pipeline.
  5. In addition, users can choose to discharge the steam and water discharged from the sterilizer into a container first, and then discharge it after the sterilization is completed. The inlet and outlet of the container are controlled by valves.
