CKS Water-bath Type Leakage Detection Sterilizer of Oral Liquid and Injection Solution
This series of water bath leak detection sterilizer uses high temperature circulating water as the sterilization medium, and is mainly used for water spray sterilization and leak detection cleaning of ampoules, vials and other injections and oral liquid products. Purified water is circulated through a water pump and heated by a plate heat exchanger to perform water spray sterilization on items. The equipment has good temperature uniformity and a wide temperature control range (80-126℃), while avoiding secondary contamination during the working process. The leak detection method combining vacuum and colored water ensures a 100% scrap detection rate.
