According to the customer’s location, we can arrange for customers to inspect the use of our products nearby or introduce the product performance in other visual ways.

Depending on the local situation, we can arrange technicians to go to the customer’s site to assist in checking and understanding the needs, propose appropriate product solutions and provide feasibility reports in a timely manner.

Timely respond to customer’s on-site technical requirements or related specifications and dimensions, answer technical problems encountered by customers during the installation process at any time, and deliver the goods on time with quality, quantity and quantity guaranteed according to the contract requirements.

After the sterilization equipment arrives safely at the destination, we will assign technicians (to the site) to guide the installation and commissioning, train operators, ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, and follow up the whole trial operation stage until the customer is satisfied.

We promise to visit customers once a year to understand the room for improvement and new customer needs in the use of customers’ equipment and help customers solve problems in a timely manner.
